To continue their growth and success, the company requires the services of a Dispatcher/Batcher for the Saint John NB location.
Scope:
The scope of this role is to perform all necessary duties as noted below to ensure that the customer receives a quality product within the design specifications at the time agreed upon. We are an equal opportunity employer with the key aptitudes of multi-tasking and customer service focus.

The role will be located at our Saint John, NB Facility

Direct Report: Plant Manager
Qualifications:
- Good Attitude
- Can work under pressure.
- Professional phone skills and can communicate with customers.
- Computer experience
- Hours are dependent on the needs of the business so the individual must be flexible in early morning and late evenings.
- Willingness to accept critics.
- Multi-Task
- Work in a team environment and identify the critical elements of the role.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as competency in engaging in the use of business specific software.
Duties:
- Ensure all personnel that are on-site conform to the QCI H&S Policy
- Receiving customer orders by phone, email or other means from both account and COD customers.
- Communicating with customers on requirements and On-site time
- Back-up Support for other plants
- Completing quotes and pricing estimates
- Providing product information to customers and advising them on the best solution to meet their needs.
- Providing daily directions to plant operators for their use in scheduling as well as planning production inventory and maintenance.
- Receiving customer complaints and resolving issues when possible or referring them to senior management when necessary
- Perform Quality checks Daily.
- Perform end-of-day reporting procedure.
- Monitor and replenish inventories to ensure adequate raw materials are available for production.
- COD Collections
- Processing cash, credit card, debit, and cheque payments.
- Receiving drivers’ hours and submitting to payroll department.
- Balance resource requirements with customer orders
- Perform monthly inventory reporting procedure.
- Be in constant communication with Plant Manager on resource requirements and load demand.
Compensation:
Salary Range $60,000 to $70,000 per year
