We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in a full-time, permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from concept to completion while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits throughout Southern New Brunswick for estimates and project inspections
• Read plans and complete material take-offs
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and bid submissions
• Coordinate crews, schedules, and job-site activities
• Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are maintained
• Manage inventory and project materials
• Deliver exceptional customer service and process client orders
• Oversee projects from initial estimate through final completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up

Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and strong organizational skills, including:
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience
• Supervisory and/or management experience
• Business Degree, Civil Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (bilingualism considered an asset)
• Professional attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Sales experience and / or construction industry experience preferred
