Job description:
Fundy Fencing in Saint John, N.B. is presently seeking an individual for the position of Construction Estimator/Project Manager. This is a full-time permanent position. Fundy Fencing provides year-round installation, service, and products to construction, government, municipal, commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities:
• Site visitations throughout Southern New Brunswick for estimating and site inspections
• Plan reading and take offs for estimating
• Develop and prepare quotations as well as estimating and bid preparation
• Crew and job coordination including safety assurance
• Quality and inventory control
• Customer service and order processing
• Project management from start to completion
• Maintain quality client relationships including follow ups

Qualifications and Skills – Must Have:
• A minimum of two years or more industry experience
• Supervisory and or management experience
• A Business Degree, Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
• The ability to organize and prioritize efficiently as well as meet deadlines as required
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (bilingualism an asset)
• Professionalism and the ability to be productive in stressful situations
• Access to a vehicle and valid drivers license
• Sales experience and or exposure to the construction industry
